Decent but with some drawbacks

The Snom 320 is a nicely designed phone with a decent handset, lots of function buttons and relatively straightforward firmware. It also has a number of programmable buttons and is fairly easy to operate and understand. It can store a number (I think up to 10) SIP registrations and offers all of the popular codecs. The firmware is updated frequently on the snom website.The two things about the phone that I dislike are the speakerphone and the display. The speakerphone is weak, you need to crane your neck towards the unit to be heard. The speaker is not particularly loud either. I use a Cisco 7940 and Polycom 550 also, and it has a far better speakerphone. The display is an old school b&w LCD. It's just too small and cryptic for a modern phone. My model lacks a backlight - real pain - and the LCD sometimes just fades out and stops working.Overall, an okay phone but lacking in key respects.

Great phone, used it for our asterisk based PBX in our office.

Pros: Great phone, used to replace a Cisco SPA504G. Works great with asterisk and FreePBX, has many programmable features, easy to use, and is very similar to the Snom 370, which we use for out of the office users (OpenVPN support).A great improvement and a lot more bang for your buck than the Snom 300.Cons: None so far

Great VoIP Phone

This is a great IP phone for multiple phone numbers. Took me a bit to figure out the coordination with my provider, but working great.
