A lot of trouble with these phones, may have been the provider

I bought 3 of these phones and used them for about a year and a half. Over that course of time, I would occasionally have people tell me that my phone was working when they called. At first I assumed it was a fluke, but as time went on it got more and more severe. Eventually I decided to do something about it and switches to Cisco phones and a different VOIP provider and haven't had a problem since. I don't if the issues were with the phones or the provider, but what I do know is that missing phone calls costs money and is unacceptable. The overall build quality of the phones did seem good however...
