A good phone, but get the 870 instead

It's a perfectly fine phone but the 870 can be had for not much more and the 870 is much newer hardware, with better sound, touchscreen, etc. Unless you really can't afford to spend a few extra bucks, get the 870.

The quality is good for a clean office setting

I like the Snom phones as they are easy to upgrade, stable and sorta cool looking. The features are many but you have to dig a bit to find the meaning of some of them. Much easier to configure than Polycom if you don't have factory support.
