Sporadic operation with 4 handsets on one base. Had frequent calls not completing to base and handsets going offline frequently. I have reduced to 2 handsets per base and all seems better now.

Eforcity Phone Adapter for Skype, Vonage, USB VOIP Interface connects your home phone to networkI bought this, as my previous Skype Adaptor could not work as a PSTN gateway. This product has that feature. This adaptor Worked very well. Only problem is the skypemate software, is very troublesome, and needs lot more debugging. Skypemate, made my machine hang up several tikes, and when I increase memory, the problem was not frequent.I think, the manufactures have to make this hardware more compatible with the skypemate software, or make their own software, drivers for the skype.I used this, in Sri-Lanka also, when I was on my long leave in Moratuwa University. It worked with the PABX system in the Moratuwa University very well, and I could make skype calls thorough University PABX system.This is a great product.

5Have the VOIP version PJP-50R

Best conference phone we could find. Way better than polycom. We love the polycom handsets and every desk at our office has those, but the Yamaha unit is the one to get for the meeting rooms. We currently have two of the VOIP version of these units.

5Expensive, but it works and works well!

Sure the price tag associated with this is rather high, however if you are looking for a VOIP solution for a large room with 10+ participants, this is your solution. It is very clear for those physically near the device, and equally as clear for those joining the call remotely. One downside is that the device is powered via a power brick rather than the USB cable. It's a great solution working well for us in rooms that are rather large with multiple participants.

5Great product!!! Its like a Magic saucer!

Yamaha did a great job putting together this PJP-50USB. We recently purchased this to complete our Video Conference room and use with Adobe Connect. We are very pleased with our purchase (though we wish the price would come down a bit). We were disappointed to find out that the dial-pad on the ProjectPhone only works with Yamaha's proprietary software and only dials SIP phone numbers (aka IP addresses). Unfortunately it doesn't work with most SoftPhone software on the market. This minor drawback does not prevent us from using it as an excellent microphone/speaker combination for our conference table though. This is just like having a full sound board right on the table.Though its an interesting design I would highly recommend the PJP-50USB as it provides great audio quality from any direction.

4Left me wanting more.

Yamaha...what a brand name...and one I am especially fond of from Outborad motors to guitars...and a few things in between. That is why I was willing to pay a little, OK...a LOT more than where some of the other similar products were priced.It was cool when it arrived. A very sexy design...one that looks very cool on your conference table...especially with the Yamaha name...but it simply left me wanting more. More bass, more power, more volume...it just fell short of robust. It was good and it serves the purpose but in my opinion that is not good enough for Yamaha and especially at that price point.I returned it...and will wait and see if they release something a little better, well...a LOT better.

Great combo at a great price. I use this to direct my Wilson Cell booster directly at the Sprint tower 4 miles away and has greatly improved my ability to use my Spring Card as my dedicated internet source. I can't remember what it was like without this antenna.

I like this phone it was easy to program for the way I use it and has a large bright display, the different colors are cuite. Through the menue it is easy to get rid of the junk calls that come in. One thing it is a little larger than the other handsets.

4Clarity XLC3, 5HS Handset

I had already purchased the landline, same style, really like. I ordered and received the Cordless phone 2 days ago. Plugged in charger overnight, @16 hours. Tried to use, would not work, connection pins in base too short, so it never would charge. I notified seller, they send return postage free label, I put it in UPS box for return/refund. I would love to have this phone however it does not appear the company, (manufacturer), does not do quality control to insure the phone works prior to selling. I will continue to try to purchase this phone however it will have to work before I take from store or via internet purchase.
