Awesome Speaker Phone-
By ITGuy
Love it- looks great, works great, and we've integrated ours into a ShoreTel phone system using a SIP configuration. The only item we wish this had is the ability to program it via a web-interface after we've assigned it an IP address. Using the menus right off of the phone's display to set this up wasn't hard, but most premium enterprise products of this type provide administrators with that type of remote programming capability. We found one issue with this phone that's sort of an odd issue you may come across using this as a SIP conference phone. If you press the button to open a line before you enter the phone number, as soon as you type the 10th digit, the phone sends the digits to the VoIP PBX. So, as with most businesses, we most frequently dial "9-1-123-555-1234", so the calls never connect, unless we enter the entire call, and then press the dial button. I haven't found a work around on this issue yet, but I'm taking it to PolyCom for assistance.
