A fair product but...

A fair product as a group terminal for conferencing applications. Easy to install and set-up. A down-turn is that the firm ware is out-dated, so you need to update it for proper use.

Compared to the other reviewers I guess we are lucky - sound quality has been great for years

I'm mainly putting a review here because of the mis-information contained in the other reviews. We've been using this model of polycom for years without fail.The sound quality hearing and talking is superb. The extended mics work great too - only caveat with the extended mics - if you move the polycom a lot - you'll need an extra set of cables - the mic cables are fragile.This is an excellent conference phone system - the PoE works great as well.
