Great Sound

We replaced the IP 5000 with this unit and the sound quality greatly improved on the other side. With the attached mics this easily handled our 10x24 conference room.

We purchased this about 1 month ago for our conference room and it is a great piece of equipment. Calls are clear and with the expansion mics every can easily be heard.

Sounds crystal clear

After much complaints about speaker phones we bought this. I've used these kinds of polycom's before so I knew what to expect when it was ordered and for the price you expect perfect - it is!When it was set up, I told everyone to check that it worked and that people can call in, call out, transfer, use repeatedly, unplug, re plug etc before telling me it worked without any issues. Sounds simple huh? Apparently it wasn't and on the day it was supposed to be used for the first time, there was some kind of connection and password protected glitch that pissed everyone off. If it was checked properly this would not have happened. I'm just glad I was not there when this happened as when you ask staff to check things work, they actually should instead of telling you it does. If I wanted to do it myself I could but then I wouldn't need any staff in the office!
