Excellent phone, excellent seller

Polycom remains a leader in great conferencing phones. Of all the phones though I've bought of theirs, the IP 6000 is by far the best for the money.

Equipment in good shape, but wasn't reset and required a lot of work to reset the settings with our provider.

The speaker system was in great shape. The only issue and it was a rather time consuming issue was that the system wasn't reset to it's original settings as the instructions stated. It took several days with our IT person and phone system provider to reprogram this unit. Quite frustrating and honestly ended up costing more money to do this than to just have bought a new system. Very annoying when you think you're getting a great deal to find out after the fact that it really wasn't since you had to pay for so much install work. I also sent a message to Polycom about this and never got a response.
