5Better than Plantronics

I bought a Plantronics product and it did not work well with my Uniden phone. It made a hollow sound that could not be corrected or adjusted so I exchanged for this product. This one works perfectly and has a nice volume adjust and mute on top with three settings on back. This unit is also powered by directly plugging into a UBS port on your computer - no batteries or AC adapter needed - and you can also switch (on back) to use an ear piece directly to your Skype account or a webcam. My webcam (Logitec) has a mike but it is much better to use the ear piece and amp from Jabra. I am an author and need to use an earpiece for clear communication on radio interviews and webcam Skype interviews. This is the one to go with.
