Jabra link is really simple pinout if you have 4pin jack than he looks like 4pin to 8pin (1-8, 2-2,3-1,all others are free) or 6pin to 8pin (2-8,3-2,4-1, all others are free)

Compatible with CERTAIN Cisco Phones only

The description for this item is misleading - it is not compatible with all Cisco phones. According to the sheet that comes with the cable (and also the Jabra web site, if you look hard enough) it only works with the following models:7975G7965G7945G7962G7942GI have a 7960 model, and it does not recognize the EHS cable.

Easy to make one yourself

This cable is so simple that with a crimper, a couple RJ11 and RJ45 plugs and some 4-conductor cable you can roll your own in about 5 minutes, but definitely worth the price if you don't have the wherewithall to do it yourself. Works great with the Cisco 79xx series phones* and JABRA headsets (* those specific Cisco models that support electronic hookswitch adapters, such as the 7942, 7945, 7965 and 7975). Highly recommended. Note that your system administrator must also enable the electronic hookswitch feature in your phone profile on the Call Manager, after which you will need to reboot the phone (Unplug the Network cable then plug it back in).
