Great phone

This is a quality phone with the features that we wanted: corded, memory buttons, caller id, message waiting light, easy to read LCD screen, redial button, good sound, volume adjustment, etc. I almost returned the phone when the buttons quit working shortly after I connected it. Initially the buttons worked and then they quit. I'm not a technical expert on phones but I tried turning the message waiting switch to 24V, it was initially set to "OFF". I thought the switch would only be set to 90v or 24v if used within a company phone system rather than for a home phone. We have an answering service with our phone company and perhaps that is why we needed to switch the Message Waiting Indication to 24V. After making this adjustment, all the features worked correctly. I would highly recommend this phone.

LOVE this phone!

I've been using this phone now for several months and I absolutely love it! I had an old Sony phone that I'd had for 20 years with features that I was hard-pressed to give up. This phone has those features and more--one-button speed dialing, the first five action buttons, it has a great speaker phone, mute button with a light so you know for sure you're muted, hold, adjustable easy to read LCD screen, the list goes on. The sound is incredible and the volume adjustment is right on the face of the phone. I was hesitant to buy a brand I'd never heard of and I couldn't find any forums on it, but I'm glad I went with my intuition and bought this phone. It's sturdy and I have a feeling it will last awhile.

Cortelco Phone

I wanted a desk phone with CallerID, a touchtone pad in the base and a headset jack. This phone has two types of headset jacks plus a whole host of other useful features. It's obvious the designers had users in mind when they designed this phone. The sound quality is very good, it appears to be solidly built, and the price was great. I highly recommend this phone.
