The X-50 was easy to install and use

We received the X-50 with everything that we needed to install the system, including a network switch and a Quick Self Install Guide which walked us through the installation. Not being a networking professional, I was afraid that it would be too complicated to install myself, but it wasn't. In fact, when I powered up the system all of the phones automatically came on line and my system was fully operational. Connecting the telephone line was as easy as moving the telephone line from the existing telephone to the port labeled "Line 1" in the X-50 and I was able to place my first call in a matter of minutes.I was also pleased to discover that the X-50 is not only a telephone system; it is a wired and wireless router, so there was no need for us to purchase any other network equipment, which saved us a lot of money.I highly recommend the X-50 to any new or existing company that wants a high quality telephone system, wired and wireless router, and is interested in saving money.

XBlue X-50 Problems

My rating is for the X-blue VOIP phone system I bought through Telco Depot. I have only had this system installed in my business for six weeks, and I am currently shopping for a different system. I hired a tech to install and set up the system, as well as trouble shoot the multiple problems we have had since the installation. After spending 2,000 dollars on the hardware and over 1000 dollars for somebody to continue to fix the problems, we still have new problems that pop up on a daily basis. X-Blue customer support is very poor. Untrained staffs, long waits for a call back, no help when you call in, you have to wait for a call back from a tech, just the worst experience I've had with any internet product I've bought. Buyers beware. X-blue does not deliver what they advertise.

This system is worth every penny, if you have a small business , or you would like to have this at home ?Then this is ideal , this system does everything the more expensive Avaya systems do at way less of the money, I work for a telecommunications company and deal directly with systems and cost etc, so GET ONE
