Good looking - So So sound quality

Pros:The order came quickly and in good shape.The set-up was easyThey phone and base is slim and looks goodThe phone itself is easy to work with and intuitive interface.The headset works well*Cons:The sound is not as good as the Uniden set it replaced. The sound crackles and I get some odd "metalic" feedback that really annoys me. I'm not sure what they mean by "HD Audio" but this is not what I would call "HD" unless it stands for "Highly Distorted".The Talk button does not light up at night so you are fumbling to find it if it's dark. The numbers light up which is fine, but you end up hitting the Mute/Delete or Menu/Select button instead of Talk or OFF. The buttons are flush so it's hard to find them tactically in the dark. The Uniden set it replace was much better in that all buttons were raised so it was easy to locate the correct one blind.* Headset is a bit bulky and does not seem to stay in place if you use the "over-the-ear" method. I had to use the over the head frame. Headset suffers the same sound issues as the handsets.Summary:Overall the phone works. However I was disappointed by the execution. I thought I was getting a phone with longer range and better sound quality, but actually got a downgrade in sound quality and the same talking range.

Nice sound.

These phones are ergonomic and light. The sound is great and the handset fits nicely in the palm of your hand. If you have a big house or duplex, the push to talk really helps if you want to get in contact with someone in a back room or upstairs. The sound is clear and I have not gotten any static or any other background noise. I think anyone who purchase this phone system will not be disappointed.

Very stylish; very me.

I bought this phone because the battery life on my old phones were going bad. I needed to upgrade to something chic that fit my style. I love the thin and slick styling of my new phones and the clarity of the headset.
