Very buggy

I ordered 70 of these phones as part of a Switchvox deployment at my company.Pros: These phones look pretty, and show promise. I love the magnetic handset switch, and the built-in GigE is a great feature for the price.Cons: Lots of issues.The echo-cancellation on the speakerphone just doesn't work. I have this problem on every phone in the company now. If the volume of the speaker is higher than about 50%, the party on the other end hears their voice as an echo. Sometimes turning the volume down doesn't help.A number of the phones have microphone issues. Even after turning the internal setting all the way up, the voice of the person using the handset is very soft.Three out of 70 phones would not acquire IP addresses and had to be replaced. One phone started dialing random numbers instead of what the user dialed. One phone electrocuted its user right through his ear (this is not a joke - the phone zapped him through the microphone on the handset, and then it went dead and wouldn't turn on until it sat for a while). A few phones just go nuts, and need to be rebooted, or else the phone calls are all garbled.This may or may not be a Snom issue, as I cannot get either company to own up to the issue, but the voicemail prompts come across with the audio constantly cutting out, as if the individual sound recordings are coming in late as they are strung together. Something like: "Press ___ for new message, 2 for old messages". This also happens with the Snom 870. I have absolutely no issues with this on the several Polycom phones we use.I could live with most of the above and just replace the glitchy phones, but the speakerphone echo is a show-stopper. Perhaps Snom will can fix some of these issues with firmware updates. For now, I switched to the Polycom 560 for all new purchases, and absolutely love it. Not as pretty, but everything works as advertised, the speakerphone is fantastic, and it integrates better with Switchvox.

Easy to setup

We use these with a Stentofon IP video intercom. Works great and very easy to setup. Bought another after we installed the first one.
