After having this hooked up for 3 weeks now I am totally loving this product! I really hope this lasts a long time, I would hate to go back to before we had this with all those calls getting through! It does not ring on blocked calls and works the way it is supposed to work.Some of those telemarketers were so rude, nasty, and persistent. They would call even when asked not to and ignored the national do not call list. I had even called the phone company for help with a few callers. I did not want to file a police report. This was well worth the money for me. Love it! :)(After having read through some of the negative comments here I wanted to say I am not in any way connected with this company. I'm just a customer happy with her purchase.)******Original review below*******I bought my version from ProCallBlockDotCom and received prime 2 day shipping. It actually got here the very next day,...super fast! I noticed that the sellers at the top of this page keep changing.I get an unwanted call, I click the button to block, and they are gone! :)The font is so small I had to try using a magnifying glass to read the directions, and still had a hard time figuring them out. Finally found some online directions about a half hour before the company got back to me sending the same page I found. It makes things so much easier!Go to their web page and click on their support page. There is a pdf file with directions and font you can actually read. Amazon won't let me add the link here, sorry. I printed out the 4 pages. (the directions should have came this way to begin with) Once you don't have to squint and struggle to see the print the set up isn't hard to understand and goes quickly.It seems to work well keeping unwanted calls getting through, which is what I bought it for. It's small and compact so it doesn't look bad hanging next to the phone in the kitchen or set on the counter.Once I learned how to put the numbers I wanted to block into the phone I was able to add all of them in. Which is nice since I was having to rotate numbers I wanted blocked because my phone company (Verizon) only allows you to block 10 at a time, which means some calls were always able to get through. Now my complete list of blocked callers should be taken care of.I'm enjoying the quiet right now and hoping this continues to work. Will update my review after we have had this awhile if there have been any changes in longevity and/or blocking ability.

Great way to block nuisance calls!

I simply plugged it in and didn't even bother setting the time...as it updates from Caller-ID info. As everyone else noted, changing the 2012 on the display is a no-go....but I really don't care. I simply plugged it in, waited for the annoying incoming calls, and pressed the Blacklist button. Done deal! Yes it is that easy!
