I work in a callcenter that is very, very noisy . I had been looking for a callcenter headset that would work with the communications system, block out the noise and be comfortable to wear all day. What i also liked was that the earcup goes over the ear not on the ear. This headset has met all my expectations and coupled with the MX10 Amp I can interact with the techs and listen to music in the background. Great Product Guys.....

Very Sturdy and I am guessing very durable

I really prefer over the ear to block out outside noise. I have a big head and big ears and it does a great job. The micro is completely adjustable and the sound is just excellent. These should last me a long time. The price from IT Wholesale Direct was almost too good to be true but seeing is believing and I am a believer. Of course, I had to order a 2.5mm connector separately for about $10 but I could not be happier with this setup.

I love these headphones!

I work at a Service Desk without dividers so it gets real loud in here. To make things worse there's this one tech, who likes to talk and talk and talk and he won't shut up. I felt like I was taking on two customers everytime, because I could hear him talking in the background. These headphones will not completely block out noise when you are idle, but when the call comes in the only thing you will hear is the customer. I am no longer stressed out at work and I can dedicate all my attention to the customer.I don't have anything to compare these with other than the cheaper Service Desk Headset that comes with the Nortel Networks phone. Now those headsets are awful. This headset is made of a very durable plastic and it has a good weight to it. You can tell where the money went in to building this headset just by looking at it. If your looking for piece and quiet in a loud environment these are headphones for you.
