Plantronics headset for Cisco 7941

Item was as described. Had to replace someones headset that had stopped working. This one was very similar to what the person already had. Works well with the Cisco 7941 phone.Nice to have the over the head or over the ear option for use. Sound is good, all functions on the phone operate as they should.

It meets my needs

The cord on my old headset was damaged from yanking/snagging/pulling on it. Needed a replacement without buying a completely new unit. The headset resolved the problem. I can talk again without the static and without the person on the other end saying, "What! I can't hear you!" I'm enjoying my new headset.

Met expectation

So I tried to order this directly from plantronics and they wanted to charge me more. I order from Amazon who gets it from plantronics for a cheaper price, go figure makes no sense. Anyway, product was delivered and works good.
