New job back on the phones, and the over the head springy metal style was not happening. This is a very sleek, ultra comfortable earpeice, with a good look to it, and great sound quality. All day wear doesn't cause any discomfort. Don't know what I would do without it. Would really like the Plantronics wireless set, but alas, at well under half the cost, this is an outstanding phone set. Works great with the Cisco 7960 I am tethered to.
