Compatibility problems?

Tried using this in a home office with an AT&T two-line phone from Office Depot. Had terrible loud humming interference problems. Called Plantronics support and they said my phone model was incompatible, so I tried a Panasonic phone from their "product configurator" list at plantronics.com. And still had the humming. Some chat rooms say this could be due to too many electrical devices around. It did seem to be sensitive to my ceiling fan but not consistently.So I am not sure what the problem was and had to return it since my 30-day window had run out. Too bad, people said the sound quality was great when it was not humming. Before I replace it, I am going to call Plantronics support again and find out what kind of phone + headset to buy.

Love the new headset!!

We bought 2 of the CS510 to replace the CS50 units. Although the earpiece part is a little larger than the CS50, it is much more comfortable on your ear. We can hear much better with the CS510 headset. The mouthpiece part is also on a type of wire so it is adjustable for talking. Very comfortable to wear and stays in place well.

I really love this product

I love this headset. The sound is so much better than my normal phone handset. Plus it is so comfortable that I sometimes forget I even have it on. I love the freedom it gives me to walk around, just use my computer and take notes easier when I am on the phone with a cutomer
