Does its job.

The headset has no way of ringing in the ear when you are away from the phone, so you have to be close by to know if you're receiving a phone call, which defeats the purpose of the headset. Also, poor quality, even after several attempts at making adjustments.

When we decided to purchase this headset, it was after purchasing (2) defective AT&T headsets. The Plantronics headset offers a sleek design,comfortable wearing adjustments, and quality sound. Well worth the purchase!!

Love this product...Did not like the set up. Had an echo issue. Had trouble finding a phone which was compatible. Wish it had been easier. But love it now.
