Works as advertized

Panasonic products work well. This 2-line phone is no exception. We also bought two extra handsets, for a total of four. These phones are placed throughout our two-story house, and their range is excellent.It was easy to set up, and easy to interface with our Comcast digital phone and voicemail. Sound quality is excellent.We have also used the handsets as intercoms.Strong benefit: You can change the ring tone, so it sounds different from the phones on other lines, but also you can set special tones for designated callers.Desired feature: There's no apparent way to use a headset with these phonesMy complaint is not with the phone, but with Amazon. It was so difficult to figure out which additional handsets to buy, because the product descriptions didn't specify which units went with 2-line phones.

very good, 2 only drawbacks:1. line buttons have a spongy touch2. answer button does not answer - you have to see what line the call came intoexcept these minor drawbacks - excellent

Great starter phone for small office

The only thing I do not like about these phones is that the headphone jack is 2.5mm and headsets are very hard to find at a reasonable price for this phone. The 2 line feature is great, but we have almost outgrown and may need to upgrade to a system. Bluetooth is not on these phones and that is a feature that I wish they had, but panasonic does make phones with this feature. I recommend this phone as a home set or very small business.
