works great

Ordered this to replace a malfunctioning unit on our store counter and it arrived in a few days.The box looked a little shopworn and/or generic but the phone was pristine (compared to the units here in our store where the matte texture has been polished smooth from over a decade of use) and it had new and complete complement of factory provided accessories (manual, button array guide cards with their plastic covers, handset cord.) Worked fine right out of the box after hooking it upA testament to the durability and reliability of the product itself: I disassembled our malfunctioning unit that this order was replacing. Found some coffee inside that no one remembers spilling. Cleaned up the mess and it works perfectly again.
