Great phone!!

I have tried many different name brand multi-line phones. They never last. These phones are awesome. We've had them for almost 2 years and they haven't messed up once. Love them. Would defintely look into this brand again when it's time to upgrade!

Consistently Proven Quality

As a person who has been installing numerous types of key phone systems from various manufacturers over the past eight-plus years, I can honestly say that Nortel's T7316E digital phone is one of the best performing phones in the business. It is compatible with Nortel's BCM, CICS, and MICS key phone systems. The phone features a clear digital display that has an adjustable contrast. There are also twenty-four buttons, sixteen of which have status LEDs, that allow you to add line appearances, feature codes, and internal and external phone numbers. The set also features handsfree capabilities with a mute button, a headset connection, and a quick reference card that lists some of Nortel's most used features. Three soft keys are provided under the display to utilize while checking call logs, system-provided voicemail (if part of your phone system), and other functions. These sets also feature the capability to add KIM/CAP units, giving the user even more buttons to save things to and to check the status of other extensions.These phones are very durable. Not only can they take quite a few tumbles from desks and counters, I've also seen them work effortlessly in extreme conditions such as shops and warehouses where the temperature exceeds 90 degrees F.Tough, dependable, and easy to use, I highly recommend Nortel's T7316E sets.As a side note, Nortel was recently purchased by Avaya, a competing company. As far as I know, Avaya will continue to produce these excellent phones.
