3Amazing device, poorly designed earpiece

I purchased this same Jabra headset with the full stereo headband, and it was a 5-star product:http://www.amazon.com/Jabra-9460-Wireless-Phone-450ft/product-reviews/B0035ZDPSQ/ref=dp_top_cm_cr_acr_txt?ie=UTF8&showViewpoints=1This is the same base, earpiece and microphone boom but with a mono over the ear type headset. The earpiece doesn't fit comfortably and it makes the ear sore after a day's use. The Jabra product is an innovative, quality design; it just suffers greatly from the poor implementation of the earpiece.

The configuration options are limited but the price is right. Sound quality is excellent. The wireless distance is very good, I can walk throughout our house while carrying on a conversation.
