I found this box easy to set up but found that with caller I'D it was a pain. I would have to jump up and look at the box each time my phone rang. The I'D on my cordless phone would not be shown the number. I got sick of jumping up and down just to see who was calling. Also I didn't get the Spicer as shown. The directions do not tell you a lot if anything and the print is so small you can hardly read it.
