Excellent headset with excellent

I love the freedom this headset gives me. I can go to the kitchen and get a drink while still talking on the phone. It is very comfortable, sounds good and people on the other end can hear me clearly. You have to adjust the controls. You can make your voice louder to the other person. You can make their voice louder to you.I replaced the battery after five years, which is something of a challenge. Fortunately this company has excellent support. The technician patiently talked me through it and the unit worked fine.

This is a great headset, save your neck, use it at office and at home. I bought one 10 years ago and battery finally stopped working. New one is great too.
