i PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT USED BUT WAS GIVEN ASSURANCES THAT IT DID WORK. WHEN I GOT THE HEADSET I WENT AHEAD AND CONNECTED IT AND COULDN'T GET IT TO WORK. I HAD MY PHONE REP. COME OUT TO TRY TO GET IT TO WORK BECAUSE THEY USE THE SAME SYSTEM BUT TO NO AVAIL. i SENT AN EMAIL INTO AMAZON ABOUT RETURNING IT FOR A REPLACEMENT BUT HAVE NOT HAD A RESPONSE AND IT'S BEEN OVER A WEEK. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, VERY DISAPOINTED.

GN9120: Poor User Interface

I have been using this headset for over a year, and just now accidentally found an undocumented "feature" - if you press the wrong (center) button once, your call will be dropped! There are too many buttons on the headset and they are not programmed in an intelligent manner.Going to the "mute" function requires two quick presses on one of these three closely spaced buttons which are invisible of course, since the headset is on your ear. They could have just used the aforementioned center button, pushed once, to invoke the mute.The sound quality, comfort and range are fine. Just beware of the very poor documentation and user interface.
