Phone Not Powering On after 1 month of use

Purchased this phone and only has a 30 day return policy. Phone is completely dead and will not recharge and power back on. Can not contact seller to request a RMA. Not a good purchase.

Easy set up, good compatibility

I purchased this unit in the hopes of getting a small phone for in the lab - and I can't be more satisfied! Set up was extremely easy as a SIP client with our Asterisk PBX server and everything is as advertized so far: sound quality is better than I expected, and the reach is phenomenal! The phone itself is about 5 walls away from the base, and in an isolated area (the lab).There are many other options available I haven't even looked at yet, such as e-mail notifications, weather and other RSS feeds. I'll most likely not use these, but others may find this and more information from the Gigaset.com website or the well illustrated step-by-step manual. Setting this phone up was straightforward and it was up and running before I even consulted the manual.

It was very easy to setup voice is crisp and clear, and it works like an auto pilot.Also you can turn the power off completely to save battery.
