Poor Customer Service from the supplier of this product, NOT Amazon

Unit would not perform as stated. Receiver is not heavy enough to give you dial tone each time you pick up. Also battery cover would not come off until it broke off. When i tried to return it as a defective product, the supplier, Liberty Hearing and Health Supply would not pay return postage. This is unsatisfactory customer service. They do not stand behind their products no matter what they say.

I can talk with my Father

I don't know how many times I have called home and my 90 year old father just can't understand a word I am saying. (yes he wares hearing aides) He now just pick's up "HIS PHONE" and we can carry on a conversation. We had tried 5 other phones without success. Thank You Geemarc!

Misleading product description

Unfortunately there is a problem with the description on Amazon. It talks about the speaker having tone controls. The speaker does not have tone controls only the handset itself has tone controls. The description given on Amazon is totally wrong and misleading. I have contacted the manufacturer and their technicians. But have received no satisfaction in why this description is on Amazon. I find their booklet giving me directions of how it works is also misleading. Right after the speaker directions it does not say the tone controls applies just to the handset it appears that they both have tone controls.
