Concept is great

we have a had a few challenges with our unit but the company that makes it has been wonderful to work with. The concept is great and my grandmother loves it. It was mis-dialing occasionally so we are waiting for a replacement unit. It is easy to program, easy to use and very good for someone who has memory or sight issues.

Great Aid for Elderly Parent

The FotoDialer Telephone Speed Dialer was exactly what we needed for our 94 year old father who is legally blind. He has a hard time distinguishing pictures (even 2"x3" size) but when we replaced the pictures with large font letters of the same size, he is able to see them well enough to be able to dial all those in the family including doctors, pharmacist's, etc. Great product . . does all it says it will . . I had to search online for this type of product which doesn't seem to be advertised prominently, which I believe could help it's sales tremendously if it were easier to find. We have only had the product about a month put it performs as expected . . Product life is yet to be determined . . Overall, I would rate this product a 5 star.

Perfect!

FotoDialer is a great product with solid engineering. There really is nothing like it! It is easy to set up, use, and is a great price.Regarding another review that talked about misdialing: I know this company and product well and the misdialing issue is because of someone using a low battery. I have never had one problem with my units. They work perfectly, every time when you have full batteries. Batteries last at least a year and a half. It is like anything, use it correctly and it will do what you want.
