5Best I've tried, and I've tried many...

1. Both the microphone and the headphone reproduce 150 - 6800 Hz sound. That's MUCH better than anything else I've used so that not only does it sound right in my ear but my complete voice is transmitted so i sound much better than with any other headset I'ee used in the past. Sennheiser (the manufacturer) are suppliers of professional microphones to the stars and this headset demonstrates that they really know what they're doing.2. The noise-canceling really does cut out almost all of the background noises in my busy office, so people hear only me which gives the impression I'm in my own executive suite. I like that and I guess that makes this headset ideal for call center use.3. Headsets.com claims this to be the most comfortable headset in the world. I don't know about that but it is very comfortable and it has an upgraded ear cushion that is unique to this model (DeskMate).4. The three year warranty (full replacement, not repair) is at least one year better than anything else I've found.Downsides: haven't found any yet but if I do, then I'll add them to this review.
