Why 5 Stars? Three reasons. First, CnergyVentures got this phone to my door three days after I ordered it! That's really fast. Secondly, the Clear Sounds DECT 6.0 Amplified Freedom Phone is a great phone that does all it advertises it will do. Finally, the price was right! A really great product at a really great price. Only one aside... but not significant enough to lose my 5 star rating ~ The instruction manual is the size of a small book and the print is small. Also, it could be worded a little clearer to make it more intuitive, more user friendly. After spending a couple of hours straining to read and understand the manual, it occurred to me to pop in the DVD instruction manual which is .PDF format. It is much larger print, therefore much easier to read. FIVE STARS!
