Great Phone System for my Father

I purchased these phones for my Dad, who is in the early stages of dementia and also hard of hearing. He had several types of older phones around his house and seemed to get a little confused at times as to how to use certain functions. He also had a very outdated answering machine, and the messages could not be heard clearly. He absolutely LOVES these phones! They are simple to use, with large, easy-to-read buttons; and he doesn't have to remember different functions on different phones. He is finally able to hear calls clearly and loud enough and loves using the speakerphone function. The answering machine is also very simple to use. He has had them for several months and still comments on how much he loves them.

Clarity a big dissappointment

Very difficult to program. Then product worked intermittently; speech was garbled; Had to return the phone system when callers could not hear me speaking.

cant hear unless speaker is on

You must answer this phone by using speaker. You cannot hear anything if you do not use the speaker. I thought it will be clear and loud with using speaker. Now everybody knows my business whenever I got to answer a call. I should stay with Panasonic Phone.
