Good product that lacks speakerphone; could be improved.

For a confused person with poor vision, hearing and memory, this is a useful phone to have. However, it lacks a speakerphone. In addition, for the target market, announcement of the key pressed and braille markings would be useful additions. Control buttons on bottom row are not intuitive enough for the target market.

Mom can hear me now....

This phone has changed my conversations with Mom!! She can hear me clearly, no more spelling every word. Makes our talks much less stressful. I would give it 5 stars if it had an answering machine. Great product for a great price.
