2SIP Trunking

Unless the seller confirms firmware pre-installed is 8.5 or higher, the SIP features will not work seamlessly. Phone comes with standard SCCP (cisco proprietary) settings and TFTP upgrade to higher firmware is cumbersome and requires high technical knowledge. Avoid this phone if you plan a hosted or cloud based SIP trunking feature for your business. Beware of sellers who will pawn you old stock phones from their unsold inventory. Ensure phone manufacture dates are May 2012 or later. Good Luck.

4Not sure if this is actually new...but...

This is a good deal on a Cisco IP phone. I have a suspicion that it is a factory refurb, but its looks and feels "new". Also, I confirmed Cisco would cover it under SmartNet. So I see this purchase as a WIN.
