Came with a surprise..........

Imagine my surprise when this caller ID came with a blacked out price tag for $ 2.98 on it. Not exactly what I would call promoting customer satisfaction. I'd call $22.02 quite a considerable surcharge, considering the fact that the caller ID is obsolete.

Unit DOA on arrival

The caller ID was exactly what I was looking to purchase to replace one that failed. The reason for this rating is based on the fact that the unit I received was Dead on Arrival (DOA). I shipped it back to your supplier at my cost. My credit was short by $3+ which is not a big deal to me. Later................
