Using it with a Plantronics savi 740 headset it does actually work, but the mute button seems to mute the receive instead of the talk volume. Which is odd. But its a moot point since the headsets all have an easier to use mute feature anyhow.I like it. And for the money, it couldn't be any better.

Great product and cheap

I used to work at a large call center where each headset was about $200, and the training stations with 2 lines were just ridiculous. I started my own company and found that the $19.99 headsets with no base actually work BETTER than the $200 ones, and this splitter works just the same as the ones that cost close to $500. I spent less than I owuld have on two headsets with baeses and got 9 headsets and 2 splitters like this to train callers on. Very impressed.
