Dead and cannot reset. No service from Amazon and the vendor does not contact me after repeated messages. Product is 1 for 2. Good for baseball, but sucks for phones.

Great phones for the price. As others say the LCD could use a back light. No other phone compares at this price point. I need these because they're the cheapest that support auto-answer/intercom.
