I am happy with this purchase. Sort of. It has a reasonable user interface, was easy to install/customize, and has some bells and whistles that I like (like being able to announce who the incoming caller is). There were two problems/issues. The phone includes an "Abridged User's Guide". I have no problem with this. The documentation references the AT&T web site where one can download the complete User's Guide. That's fine...except the AT&T web site does not recognize the model number!!! I can't believe how companies can screw up the little things. The gentleman I spoke to at AT&T apologized and said to use model "CL83213" as an alternative (although I wish I had more confidence that he knew what he was talking about). The second problem/issue was that I assumed that all cordless phones had jacks so that you can use a headset with them. I was wrong. This phone does not support a corded headset nor does it support Bluetooth. If you want to use a headset, you have to purchase the AT&T TL7600 or TL7800 headsets (according to the AT&T gentleman with whom I spoke). This almost doubled the cost of the phone for me.The bottom line is that I probably wouldn't have purchased the phone if I had known the total cost for the system that I wanted (two cordless phones + one headset). On the other hand, except for the cost, I think I am going to be happy with what I have.

I think this handset is really cute and it works fine! I don't understand how to set it up to a fax machine...but it works great as a homephone!
