Great Audio switching device!

I purchased this zoom switch to simplify the process of switching between PC related teleconferencing A/V and IP Phone based Audio. Works awesome, I can be on a video call and switch to an audio call with the simple press of a button. Works awesome!

ZMS20-UC usb - it's REV A, YAY!

I checked with ZOOM customer support and quickly recieved a response that all of these units in the wild (that are new) are the latest rev (rev. A) at the time of this writing.Easy to install, simple to use. works right out of the box on WIndows 8 64 bit enterprise edition.The Plantronics CS50 that I have connected to it works like a charm, although I can now hear the flaws in the headset as it was built with low fidelity for telephony and not PC voice applications. The headset sounds tinny and I almost feel like i should put a piece of foam over the mic, but that's an issue with the headset not the Zoom unit.Get it, use it, love it.
