A Great Phone for Those Who Need It

The manufacturer of this phone has thought out every detail that a hearing impaired person would need to be able to comfortably use the phone again, even without a hearing aid. The quality of design and manufacture are excellent. It is easy to install, set up, and use. The billing and delivery of this item was flawless.

Bought this phone for my grandmother. She had a lot of trouble figuring it out. I eventually got a free talk to text phone with a government voucher which seems to fit her needs better. The phone is very loud but maybe better for someone who is tech savvy.

Defective phone

I purchased this item for my 90 year old mother as a gift. Reportedly it worked for a couple of weeks-then stopped functioning. today I asked the company to contact my mother to facilitate it's return. We shall see what happens- I wonder if this would have occurred if it had been made someplace other than china.
