Working with support customers, my job provides each workstation with a Plantronics Headset.I personally bought my own VXI Proset after searching out the web.Typically on the Plantronics phone/amplifier, ya gotta crank it up to 9, or 9+ to hear and understand the callers.Using the same amplifier with my headset, only needs set to 4/4.5 - and the callers are clearer with a fuller frequency range so I can understand them WAY BETTER.Better comfort, fit, microphone placement - and the benefit of one single tangle-free cord coming from the headset instead of the typical two cords meeting under your neck is a great quality of life issue.Headset Solutions shipped the headset fast!If you need a Plantronics Quick Disconnect (called QD) compatible headset, I can recommend this one after 15+ years in call center environments.
