Nothing But a Pain!

This phone became a problem about six months after I bought it.The battery life is awful. Only one handset will ring for incoming calls,but the light will flash when you are using the other handset. It has a mind of it's own.Sometimes it will ring,sometimes it won't. I tried to take it back to the store but it was past the time when it could be returned. I ordered two new batteries but still could only get the one handset to work.Also when you push the speaker button, you get disconnected. I HATE this phone!!

Repeated problems

I bought this phone and have had numerous problems with it. It seems that whenever you go to use the speakerphone on the phone, it promptly loses power and won't turn on. This has forced me to unplug the battery and then charge it on the base to regain function. After testing the battery out, I discovered it was a hardware glitch. I then sent the phone back, only to expierence the same problems with the phone. Honestly, the phone sounds great, but I wouldn't buy it again because of these numerous hardware issues. Overall, the phone has poor construction.

One of the phones went dead within a month

Not very happy with this purchase, one of the phones stopped working within a month. I usually like VTech products, but this one was a dud.
