I received this item in a timely manner and in great shape. My item was a different model then what was described in the original add. But the add was corrected before sending as promised. I was disappointed with the quality vs the phone I had. However, that is on vTech not this supplier. I would definitely do business with this supplier again. Great job. Thanks you.

Happy with mine

I bought one of these about a year ago. I'm very happy with it. The directory is not intuitive, but it sure saved me a lot of problems since I cannot hear my phone in the living room and there is no jack on the wall.
