Will NOT hold a charge

Purchased phones at Costco. They do not hold a charge and the problem is not the batteries. Verified that by purchasing AT&T phones and swapping the batteries. AT&T phones held the charge that the VTECH would not. I'm really bummed because the VTECH ring tones are much more pleasant than the AT&T's. Too bad.

They work geat

Had a V-Tech phone system - worn the heck out of it - so I decided to go with V-Tech again - been using the new phones for about two week with out any problems.

I bought this system because I have another v-tech system that is worn out - I love the speaker quality and wanted to replace the system with the same name because of the quality of the product.However, this particular model isn't nearly as impressive as the one I already had - there is a delay in the line when I answer the phone and when I need to dial a number or choose a numeric option while on the line. It's rather annoying to me.Otherwise it's not a bad little phone for the price - but I'm going to replace this set with a higher quality v-tech when I'm able.
