We have a VERY old phone system in our office and the only way that the fax works is with one of these switches. The old one started ticking and wouldnt quit. This one works GREAT....no more annoying sounds and the best part....it was made in the USA!!!!!!!!!! How cool it that? Thank you for this awesome product and for my sanity.

Works like a charm

I sell RS232 devices that need a telephone modem connection. I used to use another, cheaper brand, they went out of business. This was the next one up, it's Multi-Link, a large company, it works great.

Doing the job

Got one for a client, who's reported that the unit has in fact accurately divided phone and fax calls 100% of the time. Kind of pricey, for the function, but, the results make it worthwhile. Would recommend; will use again, if another client has this need.
