Excellent Product, Excellent Supplier
By Hawaii Howie
I received 2 of these the other day. Put the batteries in both to charge but noticed the display flashing "Register Handset". I went through the instructions supplied for the handsets, but all Verizon has in print is Registering and De-registering handsets. The challenge being; what is the pin # supposed to be on a base unit purchased a couple of years ago? Called Verizon on their 'customer care' number they supplied in their User Guide, they informed me they do not provide support for products they sell. What? I searched on the internet finally found a Youtube video a guy made from Australia, bless his heart. It was a generic (not Verizon) instruction, it worked! All my handsets now work beautifully. Here are the instructions:After charging the unit(s) for 8hrs, start the Registration process with the extra handsets (tip: plug them in to recharge close to the base to start, you'll want to be close by the base to register).-On the handset press MENU, SETTINGS, Registration, Register HS.-Select the base you want to register it with (I chose #1)the handset will now ask for a PIN #-Move over to your Base Unit, press the PAGE button till it beeps-On you extra handset now press the Pin # it was asking for, press 0000 (4 zeros). Your extra handset will now take a moment to connect to the base. That's it.You can now move the extra handset and it's cradle to it's final resting spot.Hope this helps. Also like to add: The supplier 'Supply Tiger' was great, fast service to Hawaii. Thanks Supply Tiger and Thanks Amazon!

verizon cordless

I have had this Verizon V100 for several years, unfortunately, the handset fell and broke. I just bought a new handset, after registering it works wonderful, has a number-name memory, redial, microphone, mute, intercom/hold/conference key, calls list, handsfree key and many more.
