The phone is the best. It is loud and clear.The Customer Service is the worst. There wasn't any paperwork in the box when it arrived.I called customer service and they told me that they are only a message center and someone would email me back.No one ever emailed me back.No paperwork was ever emailed or sent to me.I returned the phone because, I inadvertently ordered 2. The preprinted label that Zalmar authorized for returns required me to pay postage. A nerve!Terrible terrible I would buy this phone elsewhere, if someone else is selling it.

Good phone

I had this for awhile then exchanged it for the black and silver. The date wouldn`t stay on the right day. And the handsets wouldn`t hold a charge for a day. The call blocking only held 20 numbers instead of the 30 the manual claimed. That also includes the black and silver phone which had the same problem except it tells the right day and date.

The large keys which light up when you pick up the phone, and the black on yellow contrast are perfect for someone with limited vision.
