this phone is a very cheap item. Made in China. It doesn't work. I had to return it once. I got a second one that also does not work. Truthfully I can't even be bothered to return this one. I need a phone desperately, and so for my own reasons, I am dealing with the jeri-rigged audio wires and the poor quality until I can find one IN A STORE that I like. It puts me way off internet shopping. Terrible.

Looks great

I bought this phone more for the look and as a room accessory. Phone looks great! If you use a home line and talk on it a lot I would not recommend because it isn't very clear and a little hard to hear. You also have to hold the phone the whole time, so no multi tasking. But overall the phone is made very nicely and looks great in any room!
