Quality product

German tech that provides a quality product. Instruction a bit hard to follow, but once set up, it is first rate. Common household batteries are used so phone does not go obsolete when a battery is no longer made.

Bad headphone jack

I am used to using a headphone with these phones so that I can put it down on the desk, or clip it to my belt, but the headphone jack is losing its grip -- literally. I had gotten better audio on a Panasonic phone, but decided to try something new. I thought I'd get used to it. I'm sorry I didn't return it to Amazon in time for an easy refund.Increasingly the headphone jack -- both a headphone I've used before and the one that comes in the box -- just popped out of the phone with the slightest movement. I'm disappointed.I also don't like the controls. The redial option is often on screen and can be triggered easily by mistake when you pick up the phone. This is not a deal breaker, but it's annoying to have to be careful about how you grab the thing.
